I had originally given this garage a five star rating. Unfortunately day-to-day operations have been taken over by the owner's son. Here are just a few of the problems that we have had since the transition: For even the smallest of jobs, we are always charged about 10 for brake cleaner which they now claim is used on the underside of the car. This is in addition to the small parts charge that is also added on. We turned in the car because of a problem with power steering. They replaced the belt and said that there is a leak but they haven't found it however the car still works fine. When we asked if it broke again what we receive a credit for the labor they said yes. Within two days we brought the car back as the power steering stop working.we were told that we would get an estimate of the repair charges before any maintenance was done. they conducted the repairs without providing us an estimate, which came up to nearly 2000 and they charged us for a new belt and double the labor. We never received a credit for the work that they did incorrectly prior. We are taking both of our cars to a different garage. This was my initial review: Family run business that provides reliable service and genuinely cares for its customers.

Mein Vater war das erste Mal dort, und war positiv überrascht. Sehr freundliches Team, schnell und zuverlässige Reperatur, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, war auch sehr gut. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und kann es nur jedem empfehlen dort Mal hinzugehen.

Ich kann das Autohaus Hornung nur empfehlen, sehr professioneller und freundlicher Service und schnelle, zuverlässige Arbeit bei egal welchen Problem. Eine Werkstatt der man vertrauen kann, ich würde jederzeit wieder mein Auto dort lassen weil ich weiß dass es in sicheren Händen ist. Meine Erfahrungen waren bis jetzt immer sehr positiv und ich kann es jedem empfehlen dort vorbei zu schauen wenn man ein Problem am eigenen Auto hat mit dem man selber nicht weiter weiß. Deswegen 5 Sterne von mir.

Kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr nette MitarbeiterInnen; hatte mein Auto da zum Service und der Chef war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Da ich das Auto schnell wieder benötigt habe, wurde das ganze auch noch super fix abgewickelt. Bin sehr zufrieden und bringe mein Auto auf jeden Fall wieder dort vorbei! Vielen Dank nochmals auf diesem Wege!
